Who we are

This privacy policy applies to marvify.com, operated by Marvify AB (org. no. 559243-9706), Konstgjutarvägen 55, 121 44 Johanneshov, Sweden. For general questions: info@marvify.com.

What we collect

We collect only the email address you voluntarily provide when you submit a form on this site. Nothing else. No names, no phone numbers, no IP-based tracking, no analytics, no advertising. We do not use cookies.

Why we collect it

The email address you submit is used solely to reply to your inquiry and, if relevant, to follow up about Marvify. We do not use it for marketing automation, profiling, or any automated decision-making.

Legal basis

Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) — your consent, freely given when you submit the form.

Who sees it

Your email is received and held by Marvify’s internal team on infrastructure located within the European Union. We do not share, sell, or transfer it to any third party.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address only as long as needed to handle the conversation you started. We delete it on request, or after twelve months of inactivity by default.

Your rights under GDPR

You have the right to ask us to:

• Show you what data we hold about you (right of access)
• Correct it if it is wrong (right to rectification)
• Delete it (right to erasure)
• Restrict how we process it
• Receive it in a portable format
• Object to our processing of it
